Jamie Lee, head chef Kødbyens Fiskebar in Copenhagen, will host a pop-up lunch and dinner at Ekte Nordic Kitchen in the Bloomberg Arcade in London.
The team from Copenhagen – including Kødbyens Fiskebar founder Anders Selmer and head pastry chef Søren Scheel – will produce a Nordic multi-course tasting menu for both lunch and dinner including coffee and petit fours, with a paired drinks option.
Brill – smoked mussel, seaweed, burnt onion and rye
Squid – lemon verbena, kohlrabi and chicken wing
Horse mussel – pine, parsley and tomato skin
Cod – lovage and ling liver
Salsify – citrus and hempseed
